Freelancers and small business owners lose deductions to receipts that go unfiled and to pre-accounting data entry they postpone. SparkReceipt automates that work: it captures receipts from a phone camera, an email inbox or a bank statement, extracts merchant, date, total, tax and line items in 2 to 3 seconds, and assigns a category. What remains for the owner is reviewing exceptions, not typing. Accountants and bookkeepers work the same records from the other side, on free seats that carry no per-seat fee, correcting and categorising documents inside the client account instead of chasing files over email. At tax time the records are already organised and ready to export to QuickBooks Online, Xero or a spreadsheet.
